How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your curls. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Are PATTERN products color-safe and sulfate-free?
