Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
